Why is housing needed?
There is enormous economic growth and activity in and around Terneuzen. The construction of the new sea lock and wind energy parks, the expansion of DOW, the greenhouse horticulture. A lot of labor is needed to realize all plans. It is important to be able to provide good housing to attract the necessary employees.
What’s the plan?
The strategic location of the site makes it ideal for the redevelopment and housing of temporary workers. The location is currently being prepared for the reception of guests. We expect to welcome the first people in the spring of 2020.
How can I stay informed?
