Why is housing needed?
There is enormous economic growth and activity in and around Terneuzen. The construction of the new sea lock and wind farms, the expansion of DOW, greenhouse horticulture. A lot of labour is needed to realize all the plans. In order to attract the necessary employees, it is important to be able to provide good housing.
What’s the schedule?
Due to the strategic location of the site, it is ideally suited for the redevelopment and housing of temporary workers. At this time, the location is being prepared for the reception of the guests. We expect to welcome the first people in the spring of 2020.
